In March of each year, depending upon the weather, we collect Sp from the Sugar Bush and make Maple Syrup. Our output is small, compared to some producers, but final result is totally delectable!

We bottle mostly 500ml and some 1L bottles of Syrup every year. Available but in limited quantities.
